Enjoy the cosy, rustic atmosphere in the Kohlmaisstube, where culinary highlights are served – you will also find national and international delicacies on the menu. The restaurant is opened in winter for à la carte-guests as well.

The Pinzgau cuisine for lunch

A Rollgerstl-Suppn* as a starter, Kasnockn* as the main course, and Apfelradl* as a dessert: Stefan has devoted much of his time to the reinterpretation of a variety of traditional dishes to suit the tastes of the guests.

 

* Hearty beef bouillon with pearl barley and fine vegetable, Spätzle (mini dumplings) covered with a tasty melted cheese of the region, Fried apple rings with a fluffy dough
