The Hotel Astrid

Check-in: Possible from14:00 – an extra charge will apply if you wish to check in earlier. Please park your car in the underground garage (500 metres from hotel).

Check-out: We kindly ask you to check out by 10:00.

Please let us know in advance if you are planning on arriving after 20:00.

Late arrival – early departure: If you arrive late or depart early, you will still have to pay for the length of stay originally booked.

Cancellation is only valid in writing.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival!
From 6 weeks to 21 days before arrival we charge 40% of the booked arrangement.
From 21 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 70% of the booked arrangement.
From 7 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 90 % of the booked arrangement.
If only one person arrives in the booked double room, the full room rate will be charged.

Late arrival - early departure:
The entire room rate for the booked days will be charged, even if the arrival and departure is later or earlier than booked.

In addition, you are optimally protected by taking out travel cancellation insurance through the European Travel Insurance.

For the duration of your stay, one free parking space per room is available in the nearby parking garage (500 m from the hotel). The parking permit is available at the reception.

Important: Your parking spot is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and until 10 am on the day of departure. No liability is assumed for the parked vehicle. For each additional vehicle, the fee in the public car parks of the municipality is € 13,- per day.

In order to confirm the reservation, we ask you for a written confirmation. The deposit must be paid within the specified period.

We ask for your understanding that in case of non-return or non-payment of the deposit within the period stated above, we cannot consider the booking as binding.

The basic principles of the Austrian hotel regulations apply. Place of jurisdiction Zell am See.

Deposit: We kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 25% in order for us to confirm your booking (within 21 days of booking; please make sure you cover any bank fees). As soon as we receive this deposit we will contact you to confirm your booking.

Cancellations: Please be aware that your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your holiday with us.

Payment options: If possible, please pay in cash. It is also possible to pay with an Austrian, German or Dutch debit card. Visa and MasterCard are also accepted.

Short stays and all-inclusive offers must be paid in cash at the hotel. Thank you for your understanding.

Children are welcome to use the pool until 17:00.
From 17:00 the pool is reserved for adults only.
Out of consideration for the well-being of all guests, we expressly ask you not to jump into the pool and make noise.
Use of the sauna area is permitted from the age of 16.
To ensure that our Waldesruh relaxation room really lives up to its name, we also ask you to be considerate when it comes to volume.

Small house, small team, big commitment: Your room is always cleaned by the same hard-working cleaning lady. So that she can recharge her batteries on her days off, daily room cleaning is only included from 2 nights, and the room is not cleaned on the cleaning fairy's day off. We thank you for your understanding - and so does the environment!
